Bath View Two
- Private driveway with parking for one vehicle
- 6 steps down to the front door
- Single-level interior layout — bedroom, seating and bathroom all accessible without further steps

Bath View Four
- Private driveway with limited parking — car doors cannot fully open on both sides
- External stone stairway of 23 steps, plus a further 14 steps to the flat entrance
- Spacious rooms accessible from a central hallway
- Easy access to furniture and seating; excellent lighting
Bath Townhouse 8 & Bath Townhouse 14
Both townhouses occupy the same Grade II listed Georgian building (18th century, 5 storeys) on St James's Parade, Bath.
- No on-site parking; public car parks within a 2-minute walk
- 2 steps up into the entrance lobby
- No lift — stairs required to reach all floors
- Top floor: steep, narrow stairs, with head height below 6ft through some doors
- Fire escape stairs available to both properties
